Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026
This policy explains what information Overture Digital Agency (“Overture”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, company name, and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running reliably.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to reply to your message, discuss your project, and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this site and communicate with you. These currently include Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivery of contact-form emails), and Google Workspace (our email). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it.
Data retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and no longer than necessary for those purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at hello@overturedigitalagency.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
